Participants must ensure that their passport is valid for at least six (6) months from the date of arrival in India and that they hold valid travel documents, including return tickets.

  • Comprehensive visa assistance will be provided to all international participants.
  • Invitation letters will be issued to registered participants, along with necessary liaison support to ensure a smooth process.
  • Support will be coordinated through Embassies/High Commissions of India in participating countries.
  • For visa-related queries, please reach out to us at support@oc26.wroindia.org

Judges’ Application

Judges’ application and registration is done by the National Organizers and are reviewed on an ongoing basis, right from the beginning. If a judge is approved he/she will be automatically added to the delegation. If all teams are registered and judges approved (or rejected), a National Organizer can complete registration.
